Now entering its 10th year, The Impact Center's Women’s Executive Leadership Program is a six-month cohort-based program for high-impact women executives. Building long term professional networks with a supportive community of accomplished leaders and learning how to thrive as a woman leader are distinguishing characteristics of this program.  Individuals meet regularly with an experienced executive coach and accomplished peers to embrace strengths and enhance their leadership skills.

The Women’s Executive Leadership Program provides the structure, content, and peer support to do what leaders so rarely have time and space to do - reflect on their leadership and careers in the context of who they are and what they want to achieve with their lives.
