About Us

The Impact Center is a national nonprofit leadership development organization that helps leaders achieve the impact they are seeking within themselves, their teams, and their organizations. We work with mission-driven organizations to enhance their performance through strategic planning, meeting facilitation, training, senior team and Board retreats, organizational assessments, and executive leadership development, including one-on-one coaching.

Our Women’s Leadership Institute helps exceptional women from a wide variety of fields thrive, professionally and personally, by strengthening their leadership skills, accelerating their professional and personal development, and expanding their professional networks.
