Leadership Impact Circle for Women’s Executive Leadership Program Alumnae
What is an Impact Circle?
An Impact Circle will help you hone your leadership skills through a concentration on a specific topic or challenge, growing not only your own knowledge base and capacity, but also your ability to lead your team and organization.
Impact Circles convene cohorts of leaders to focus on their own growth and professional development through a series of facilitated sessions and peer learning, leveraging the expertise of the Impact Center team and the knowledge of the participating leaders. They are arranged around specific topics, common experiences, or industries, and bring together groups of 6-12.
Impact Circle: Navigating Inflection Points In Your Life
Dates: Wednesdays at 12 - 1 PM EST from February 15th, 2022 – March 15th, 2023
Enrollment Deadline: January 20, 2023
Fee: $450 (Without Coaching Sessions); $1,275 (Including 3 Coaching Sessions)

A theme we are hearing across WELP Alumnae is that many are at some type of inflection point in their life. A few recent examples we’ve heard include:
I want to greatly expand my impact as a leader
It's time for a new chapter, or even whole new book, in my professional life
I want to change the role that work plays in my life
I want to revisit my vision of leadership
Within a small cohort of peers, in a virtual format, participants in this Impact Circle will:
Explore questions and concepts to consider when at an Inflection Point in your life
Learn from each other and the Impact Center
Through robust peer discussion and thought leadership with fellow WELP alums and the Impact Center, you will leave this Impact Circle with new insights into the Inflection Point they are navigating in their life.
As part of this Impact Circle, you can choose to:
Participate in the Impact Circle OR
Participate in the Impact Circle including 3 coaching sessions

Five, 1-hour sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 12 - 1 PM EST. See the session dates below:
Session 1: February 15
Session 2: February 22
Session 3: February 29
Session 4: March 8
Session 5: March 15
Additionally, you can select to add 3 individual coaching sessions to your Impact Circle Experience. The coaching individual sessions will take place between 1/30/23 and 3/31/23.
All sessions are held virtually.
