The 3-month Program includes:

  • Facilitators, Executives in Residence, and coaches with extensive experience working with high-profile executives from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors

  • 2 in-person two-day executive retreats

  • 6 virtual one-hour peer learning sessions

  • 6 one-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions

  • 2-3 hours of coursework

  • Blended learning format with both virtual and in-person activities

A New Model of Leadership

The WEL Program supports leaders as they navigate the complexities inherent in leadership, providing them with crucial strategies and tools to expand their growth within a community of other leaders, grounded in their real-life experiences in leadership, professional growth, and personal fulfillment.

Organizations interested in learning more about enrolling leaders in the Women’s Executive Leadership Program and should connect with us via email to discuss Premier Partnerships.

  • Deadline to finalize partnership agreements: May 30, 2025 at 5:30PM EST (these reserve a space within the program for a set number of leaders from your organization).

  • Invoices will be due 30 days following finalization of a partnership agreement, in full. 

  • We know that you may need more time to identify the leaders from your organization who should participate. The Deadline for WEL Program Premier Partners to identify your participating leaders: June 7, 2025 at 5:30PM EST.

  • Your leaders will be invited to an orientation session ahead of the program to ensure they’re well-prepared for success.

Early Admission

  • The Early Admission Application Deadline is March 28, 2025 at 5:30PM EST.

  • Those who apply by the Early Admission Deadline will receive an admissions decision no later than April 11, 2025, and will have until May 30, 2025 to complete their enrollment.

Regular Admission

  • The Regular Admission Application Deadline is May 30, 2025 at 5:50PM EST.

  • Those who apply by the Regular Admission Deadline will receive an admissions decision no later than June 13, 2025, and will have until July 3, 2025 to complete their enrollment.

  • The Program is designed for mid-to-senior level professionals who are committed to growth in themselves and others. Participants should have:

    • A track record of accomplished leadership, demonstrating increased responsibilities over time;

    • A readiness to invest in themselves and in their peers;

    • The ability to set aside the time and energy necessary for robust participation;

    • A shared commitment to helping others succeed; and

    • A desire to make a positive impact on society.

  • The Program is competitively priced to reflect the caliber of content provided, including but not limited to: meals and programming at two executive retreats, 6 virtual peer learning sessions, 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions, select assessments, and curriculum.

    Typically, employers assist with the Program’s cost either in part or in whole. Use this letter template to communicate the Program value to your employer.

    You can also contact us to answer any questions you have and help you more confidently approach your employer about the opportunity.

    Payment may be made in scheduled installments or upfront. We’re happy to work with your employer’s budget cycle if needed.

    In addition to the Program fee, participants are responsible for coordinating their own travel and lodging arrangements for the executive retreats.

    The program fee is $9,500. Applicants employed in academia, by startups,* or by non-profits with revenue of less than $5 million annually are eligible for a reduced rate of $4,950.

    *Here we define startup as a newly established business that is not-yet generating revenue.

  • The Program’s foundations include a framework and mindset for authentic leadership, including an exploration of values, leadership vision, and leadership strengths. Applied through a series of sessions on building social capital, psychological safety, giving and receiving 360 feedback, and team development.

  • The Women’s Executive Leadership Program is not another cookie-cutter leadership training course or membership network. The Program is a personalized experience, curated to maximize your growth based on your unique needs and strengths.
