The Program is designed for mid-to-senior level women professionals who are committed to growth in themselves and others. Participants should have:

The Program is competitively priced to reflect the caliber of content provided, including but not limited to: meals and programming at two executive retreats, 6 virtual peer learning sessions, 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions, select assessments, and curriculum.
Typically, employers assist with the Program’s cost either in part or in whole. Use this letter template to communicate the Program value to your employer and see our resource with examples of how past participants have funded their involvement in the Program.
You can also contact us to answer any questions you have, and help you more confidently approach your employer about the opportunity.
Payment may be made in scheduled installments or upfront. We’re happy to work with your employer’s budget cycle if needed.
In addition to the $9,500 Program fee, participants are responsible for coordinating their own travel and lodging arrangements for the executive retreats.
