Executive Coaching is an experiential leader development process that builds a leader's capability to achieve short- and long-term development and career goals. It is conducted through one-on-one sessions with a certified professional coach to explore feedback, consider new strategies, and make changes. An Executive Coach serves as a thought partner, a guide, and sometimes, an advisor. The coaching experience is one of the most effective tools available to take development to a deeper and more sustainable level. Traditional Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching focuses on an individual leader’s growth and development.
Executive Coaching Engagements include a Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment to inform the coaching.
Executive Coaching is also integrated into many Impact Center programs, including our Executive Leadership Programs.
Premier Executive Coaching
Premier Executive Coaching Engagements serve senior-most leaders and include an emphasis on leadership advice and thought partnership.
Most often, a Premier Executive Coaching Engagement includes basic 360 Degree Assessments administered by The Impact Center in addition to a Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment to inform the coaching.
