  • More effective leaders, teams, and workplaces.

How Does the Executive Coaching Process Work?

After we learn a bit more about the client’s needs, we recommend 1-3 Executive Coaches from our coaching roster that may be a good match. We facilitate a conversation between the client and the Executive Coach(es) to determine the best fit. Once the selection is made, the client initiates the coaching relationship with the Executive Coach. The Impact Center supports the Executive Coach and client and provides tools and resources, such as a Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment to inform coaching.

How Much Time is Involved?

Most of our coaching engagements are for six one-hour virtual sessions over a 4 to 6 month period, but some span longer timelines and include a larger number of sessions. We work with each client to determine what is best for each individual given their goals.
