As part of our mission to co-create a vibrant, supportive, and impactful community of leaders, we have developed a series of offerings exclusive to Women’s Executive Leadership (WEL) Program Alumni. The Impact Center has curated relevant and informative content to support learning, foster rich discussion, and encourage deepened connections with fellow alums.

Executive Coaching
Would you like to continue coaching, or restart coaching, after your WELP program is complete? We offer WELP Alumni ongoing coaching services that include 6 virtual sessions that can be scheduled over the course of 1 year.

February 2023 Impact Circle: Navigating Life’s Inflection Points
A theme we are hearing across WELP Alumni is that many are at some type of inflection point in their life. Through robust peer discussion and thought leadership with fellow WELP alums and the Impact Center, you will leave this Impact Circle with new insights into the Inflection Point you are navigating in your life.
You can also choose to add 3 coaching sessions to your Impact Circle experience.

January – February 2023: Start Your New Year With A Leadership Check-In
Start the new year off spending time reflecting on and envisioning your leadership journey for 2023. During this two hour session, you will spend time exploring where you are in your leadership journey and what you want to focus on in 2023.
Your two hour session will occur between 1/5 and 2/13/2023.
