Catherine Herzog

Catherine has an extensive background in Cause Partnerships, Business Development, and Relationship Management. Throughout her career, Catherine has supported and scaled countless corporate and non-profit initiatives, locally, nationally, and globally. Catherine brings a warm approach to her relationship building, along with thoughtfully curated cause campaigns and innovative marketing programs, creating successful and sustainable partnerships.

Her approach to leading and expanding Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, has resulted in enhanced community and consumer engagement, increased brand awareness, and improved business outcomes for nonprofit organizations and partner corporations.

Personally, Catherine has spent much of her adult life dedicated to race and gender equity, and has been deeply rooted in initiatives that aim to strengthen inclusive, diverse, safe, and equitable outcomes in communities across the U.S. 

Catherine is a graduate of Pepperdine University, earned her certification in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University, sits and co-runs various advocacy committees, and is proud mother of two young children.
