As a coach, Eileen focuses on truly understanding her clients and their unique organizational context to identify patterns, uncover self-limiting beliefs, and generate new ideas for transformational change.  She is committed to being of service to her clients, and uses a practical, results-oriented approach to coaching the whole person – mind, body and spirit.  Her approach in each coaching engagement is to create a collaborative space for clients to be courageous and forward-looking, not only for their own learning and growth, but so that they can see their impact on the larger world.  She thrives in a partnership where the client achieves self-awareness, learning and development through the coaching process.

Currently, Eileen serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the American Petroleum Institute (API). She is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources for API including talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Before her current role, Eileen worked in a range of corporate environments, including Fortune 500 companies, privately held organizations, and the federal government, gaining an understanding of a wide range of organizational structures and strategies.
