The Program brings executives together to focus on their goals, exchange insights, and share wins and challenges. Each group of accomplished leaders push one another toward greater success and gives access to relevant advice, actionable tools, and proven strategies to take back to your team.

The 3-month Program includes:

  • Personalized curriculum based on your needs and strengths; no cookie-cutter modules

  • Cohort size of 12 participants

  • Executive-level peers across roles, industries, and backgrounds

  • Facilitators, Executives in Residence, and coaches with extensive experience working with high-profile executives from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors

  • 2 in-person two-day executive retreats

  • 6 virtual one-hour peer learning sessions

  • 6 one-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions

  • 2-3 hours of coursework

  • Blended learning format with both virtual and in-person activities

Organizations interested in learning more about enrolling leaders in the Impact Executive Leadership Program should connect with us via email to discuss Premier Partnerships.

  • Deadline to finalize partnership agreements: December 5, 2025 at 5PM EST (these reserve a space within the program for a set number of leaders from your organization).

  • Invoices will be due 30 days following finalization of a partnership agreement, in full. 

  • We know that you may need more time to identify the leaders from your organization who should participate. The Deadline for Impact ELP Premier Partners to identify your participating leaders: January 9, 2025 at 5PM EST.

  • Your leaders will be invited to an orientation session ahead of the program to ensure they’re well-prepared for success.

Please take note of our application and notification deadlines:

Early Admission

  • The Early Admission Application Deadline is July 25, 2025 at 5PM EST.

  • Those who apply by the Early Admission Deadline will receive an admissions decision no later than August 15, 2025, and will have until September 26, 2025 to complete their enrollment.

Regular Admission

  • The Regular Admission Application Deadline is September 26, 2025 at 5PM EST.

  • Those who apply by the Regular Admission Deadline will receive an admissions decision no later than October 17, 2025, and will have until December 5, 2025 to complete their enrollment.

  • The Program is competitively priced to reflect the caliber of content provided, including but not limited to: meals and programming at two executive retreats, 6 virtual peer learning sessions, 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions, select assessments, and curriculum.

    Typically, employers assist with the Program’s cost either in part or in whole. You can also contact us to answer any questions you have and help you more confidently approach your employer about the opportunity.

    Payment may be made in scheduled installments or upfront. We’re happy to work with your employer’s budget cycle if needed.

    In addition to the Program fee, participants are responsible for coordinating their own travel and lodging arrangements for the executive retreats.

    The program fee is $9,500. Applicants employed in academia, by startups,* or by non-profits with revenue of less than $5 million annually are eligible for a reduced rate of $4,950.

    *Here we define startup as a newly established business that is not-yet generating revenue.

  • The Program’s foundations include a framework and mindset for authentic leadership and leadership strengths. These are applied through a series of sessions on building social capital,navigating and leading change, psychological safety, giving and receiving 360 feedback, and team development.

    Other topics, based on the interests and needs of your cohort, may include:

    • Navigating the C-Suite,

    • Personal Brand,

    • Conflict Resolution,

    • Managing Up & Teaching Others to Manage Up to You,

    • Mentoring and Sponsorship,

    • …and more.

    Each of these topics will emphasize practical application and actionable takeaways for successful leaders. 

  • The Impact Center’s Executive Leadership Program is not another cookie-cutter leadership training course or membership network. The program is a personalized experience, curated to maximize your growth based on your unique needs and strengths. Cohort participants are selected based on the insight and experience of our facilitators to ensure you are truly in a group of peers who can elevate your leadership.
