Kara West is the Programs Manager at the Impact Center and is an experienced nonprofit professional with a strong background in program management, operations, and technology administration. She has overseen multiple youth programs while managing technology infrastructure, vendor relations, budgeting, and digital communications to improve organizational efficiency.

With expertise in productivity tools, data management, web design, and social media strategy, she has streamlined processes, enhanced collaboration, and expanded community engagement. Kara also has experience teaching and training others in technology, using her coding, cybersecurity, and web development knowledge to make digital tools more accessible and empowering for individuals and teams.

Kara's passion for lifelong learning is evident in her commitment to creating an environment where individuals and teams have the tools, information, and support they need to succeed.
