Kathleen Sack has led the human resources and talent management and acquisition efforts of multiple prestigious NGOs and corporations across her career. Ms. Sack currently manages our Executive Coaching Practice. Prior to joining the staff at The Impact Center, she was a Senior HR consultant for Smart HR, a DC metro area based consulting firm that provides HR management expertise to small organizations.  Prior to Smart HR, she was Vice President, Global Talent Management for Blumont, an international non-profit NGO.  In this role, she managed the HR function for the global organization.  

Previously, she held HR executive positions for KaBOOM!, a DC based non-profit and for the American Red Cross. Prior to the American Red Cross, she worked as a Managing Principal for Korn Ferry International's Leadership and Talent Consulting group and also owned her own consulting firm for four years focusing on talent management, learning solutions and performance strategies.

Ms. Sack has experience in a variety of industries in the for-profit sector including retail, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.  Throughout her career, she has successfully designed and implemented a variety of HR solutions and programs that aligned and supported business strategies. She is certified in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ Suite and TALENTx7 Assessment.  

Ms. Sack earned her MS in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.  She is a member of SHRM and the DC-based HR Alliance.
