Kelli Poole
Kelli Poole, Founder and Principal at Talent Poole Consulting, is a biracial, bi-coastal coach, facilitator, and thought partner who works at the intersection of housing, health and justice policy. Her career has focused on transforming systems and solving complex problems like ending houselessness, reforming and divesting from criminal justice systems and integrating community based services and healthcare. Kelli has managed large teams in the public and non-profit sectors and currently leads a multi-year, multi-million dollar initiative focused on recruiting, equipping and retaining leaders of color (BIPOC leaders) across the social impact sector.
As a coach, Kelli is particularly adept at supporting her clients in identifying holistic visions for their lives that are rooted in confidence and liberation.From new mothers reentering the workforce, to late-stage professionals launching encore careers, to passionate millennials making their mark on the world, Kelli partners with each of her clients to navigate their unique situations at work and in life. Kelli was raised in rural South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University before launching her career in Los Angeles, where she currently resides. In her free time she enjoys trips to the beach, Clemson Tiger football and is constantly searching for her next great read.
