Lauren has worked as an executive coach and in leadership development with the federal government and in private industry. She completed in-person coach training at Erickson International while posted in Berlin, Germany in 2012. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Lauren has a passion for coaching clients with already existing leadership skills to new levels of confident and balanced leadership. Lauren's coaching style is direct and honest. She lives in the Chicago area and enjoys cooking, volunteering with boxer dog rescue and her family.
