Rasháanda Cook
Rasháanda is an ICF-Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with 25 years of HR experience across a variety of industries. Given her background as a transformational executive during her own corporate career, Rasháanda coaches executives, employees and individuals who are ready to embark upon new paths when old ones are failing and brave enough to take the daily actions required to break old habits, forging new and better ways of reaching and achieving sustainable success.
Rasháanda is very passionate about the achievement of both professional and personal success in ways that minimize the feeling of existing or surviving life and augment that of thriving. She has worked with executives and mid-level managers on a variety of areas including self-awareness, career navigation, getting work down through others, leading change, developing others, political savvy, emotional intelligence, executive presence, work/life integration, values alignment and authenticity.
Rasháanda received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Energy Leadership (ELI-MP) and Strengths Profile.
Rasháanda lives in Chicago, IL, and enjoys travel, music, exploring the restaurant scene and attending professional tennis matches/baseball games.
