With over 20 years of experience as an executive leadership coach, facilitator and organization development consultant, Becky is known for her ability to connect with leaders, helping them to become more self-aware and achieve their personal and organizational goals. She helps individuals and groups leverage their strengths and challenges them to reach their full potential. Becky’s approach to coaching and consulting is holistic and systems based. It is designed to explore the interplay between personal, professional and organizational dynamics. She asks probing questions that help individuals and groups gain new perspectives and insights and partners with them to establish goals and a plan for action. Becky has a deep understanding of leadership challenges and opportunities at multiple levels and leverages this understanding to help individuals and groups expand their thinking and include creative approaches to successfully navigating the complexities of today’s workplace.
Becky earned her M.S. in Counseling from University of Tennessee, a B.A.. in Liberal Arts from Virginia Tech and is an ICF certified coach after completing the Newfield Network coaching program. She also received a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University. Becky is certified in a variety of assessments including Hogan, Myers-Briggs, EQi Bar-On and many 360 assessments.
