Sharon L. Ridings
Sharon has had an interesting career spanning over 40 years, with over 22 of them in the federal government. In each of her roles she has acted as a change agent, moving teams and individuals from status quo to new ways of thinking, offering solutions focused on changing behaviors and fostering growth. One of the most impactful discoveries throughout her career is, “the technical skills we need for each position may be different, however, the core skills, those that make or break out success are the same. Our ability to communicate, manage conflict, build relationships, and determine how we “show up” with others is the key to our success.”
Sharon believes that coaching allows us a safe space to reflect and discover the power of choice and using our innate abilities to chart our personal and professional paths, while living a full and rewarding life. As your coach, she will help you find clarity as you work to reach your personal and professional goals and objectives.
Sharon earned degrees in Business Administration at Husson University and the University of Maine. She has been coaching clients for over 20 years and currently holds a PCC coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation.
