The Impact Center’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program helps leaders answer the pivotal question of “what’s next?” and identify a path forward in their leadership journey.

Here’s how:

The Program connects you with other experienced executive women leaders outside of your current network, unlocks extraordinary areas of professional and personal development, and gives you access to relevant advice, actionable tips, and proven strategies to take back to your team.

The 4-month Program includes:

  • 2 in-person 2-day executive retreats

  • 6 virtual 1-hour peer learning sessions

  • 6 1-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions

  • 2-3 hours of coursework

  • Blended learning format with both virtual and in-person activities

  • Personalized curriculum based on your needs and strengths; no cookie-cutter modules

  • Small class sizes of 8-15 participants, allowing you to form deeper connections

  • Executive-level peers across roles, industries and backgrounds

  • Life-long access to a network of hundreds of Program Alumni upon graduation

  • Facilitators and coaches with extensive experience working with high-profile executives from the public, private and nonprofit sectors

  • The Program is designed for mid-to-senior level women professionals who are committed to growth in themselves and others. Participants should have:

    • A track record of accomplished leadership, demonstrating increased responsibilities over time;

    • A readiness to invest in themselves and in their peers;

    • The ability to set aside the time and energy necessary for robust participation;

    • A shared commitment to helping others succeed; and

    • A desire to make a positive impact on society.

    Past participants have included Executive Directors, Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents and Partners from organizations like JetBlue, Google, Human Rights Campaign, John Hopkins, the Annenberg Foundation, and more.

    The Impact Center is committed to creating inclusive environments. The Women’s Executive Leadership Program welcomes applications from all leaders who identify as women or as non-binary.

  • The program fee is $9,500, including meals and programming at two executive retreats, 6 virtual peer learning sessions, 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions, select assessments, and curriculum. Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements for the executive retreats.

    Typically, employers assist with the Program’s cost either in part or in whole. Contact us for materials that can help you more confidently approach your employer about the opportunity.

    Limited financial aid opportunities are also available on a per-cohort basis.

  • The Program’s foundations include a framework and mindset for authentic leadership, including an exploration of values, leadership vision, and leadership strengths. Applied through a series of sessions on building social capital, leading for equity, psychological safety, giving and receiving 360 feedback, and team development.

  • The Women’s Executive Leadership Program is not another cookie-cutter leadership training course or membership network.
