Our approach is grounded in our decade-long experience delivering our signature Women’s Executive Leadership Program and informed by what high performing leaders need to navigate the complexities inherent in leadership.

Our Signature Women’s Executive Leadership Program
Our Women’s Executive Leadership Program brings together a cohort of 12-15 leaders across industries and sectors for a 4 month program that includes in-person retreats, virtual peer learning, and 1:1 executive coaching.
Accomplished candidates apply and are accepted into the program based on their record of achievement, readiness for growth, and commitment to developing others.

A Closer Look: Women’s Leadership Institute Programming

Our Women’s Executive Leadership Program begins and ends with in-person retreats and includes virtual peer learning and 1:1 executive coaching in between.
