SPRING 2020 PROGRAM DATES

The Women’s Executive Leadership Program is a six-month long cohort program that includes two in-person leadership retreats held at the William F. Bolger Conference Center near Washington, D.C. Participants must be able to attend both retreats.

Monthly Coaching and Peer Mentoring: Spring 2020-Fall 2020 (held virtually and scheduled at your convenience)
Graduation Retreat: Fall/Winter 2020 - Dates Coming Soon! (Washington, D.C)

PROGRAM FEES

The individual tuition fee of $7,500 includes two 3-day Executive Retreats, six 1:1 sessions with an executive coach, peer mentoring groups, skill building sessions, instructional materials, and meals. Travel expenses and lodging are not included in the program fee.  To help candidates access funding, the Women's Leadership Institute provides materials to share with your employer for reimbursement. 

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Space in the program is limited and will be filled by qualified applicants on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, we recommend submitting your application as early as possible. The early application deadline for the Spring 2020 cohort is December 6, 2019. The regular application deadline is January 20, 2020.

Participants of the Women’s Executive Leadership Program are women who have 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and who demonstrate the following characteristics:

PLAN: Set aside more time than you think you need for each question in the essay portion of the application.

ASK: Reach out to others for feedback about the essay questions. Not only will this help you write a better essay, it will provide valuable insight about how your leadership is perceived by others.
