 The Impact Center’s Leadership Circle: Cohort 2025

 

We are pleased to introduce one of our newest offerings for recent Impact Center Executive Leadership Program alums, an Impact Center Leadership Circle: Cohort 2025.

Our impactful Leadership Circle model convenes leaders across disciplines and industries to learn, connect, exchange insights, and provide support while navigating the many complexities of leadership. By being a part of a community for problem-solving and mutual support, leaders are significantly better equipped to best show up for their teams and organizations.

Program Overview

This Leadership Circle will serve as a natural continuation of participants’ previous Impact Center Executive Leadership Program experience by featuring:

  • A strong emphasis on peer connections;

  • Deeper exploration of leadership topics and strategies to uncover frameworks for effective leadership, strengthen self-awareness, and support leaders’ alignment with their own leadership vision and values; and 

  • A space for participants to tap into the collective wisdom and experiences of their fellow leaders for real-time problem-solving to meet the challenges of the current moment.

We are currently inviting members of our most recent classes—our 2023 and 2024 program cohorts—to participate in this Leadership Circle. We encourage alums from earlier cohorts to participate in our Leading in Uncertain Times Leadership Circle, an in-depth leadership development experience developed for our alumni.

Please note that seats are limited to 15 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Program Details

The 2025 cohort of this Leadership Circle will take place completely virtually to ensure that program participation is accessible to alums no matter where you are located.

This 6-part program will feature a series of 6 one-hour virtual sessions taking place from June to November. See session dates below (all are 1 hour, occurring from noon - 1PM Eastern Time):

  • June 24

  • July 22

  • August 19

  • September 23

  • October 21

  • November 18

Session Descriptions

Leadership Circle meetings will include distinguished experts and facilitated sessions that center peer learning and highlight topics that are highly relevant for leadership today. We have intentionally developed this Leadership Circle to maximize peer connections, expand upon prior learnings, and create actionable solutions over the course of 6 sessions as outlined below: 

Sessions 1 & 2 will focus on deepening peer connections and will delve further into impactful topics from earlier Impact Center leadership development programming so leaders can build upon previous learnings, adopt new approaches, and form community with their peers.

Participants will learn more about their fellow participants through thoughtfully designed engagement prompts and will participate in facilitated sessions on further elevating their leadership vision and values, enriching social capital, leveraging their strengths to heighten their leadership, and leading through uncertain times.

Session 3 will feature an expert from The Impact Center’s network to share insights on resilient leadership. Conversations will explore insights on leading effectively within turbulent or evolving environments and how leaders can support their well-being in the long run. Session 4 will serve as a workshop based on applying learnings from earlier sessions and will be specially catered to the challenges and opportunities participants are currently facing. 

Session 5 will present another expert from The Impact Center’s network who will lead a conversation on what it means to lead today, and Session 6 will provide a space to connect over deeper conversations on additional themes highly relevant to impactful leadership.

To support peer connection-building throughout the program, participants will have access to a virtual program portal where they can problem-solve, share updates, and keep conversations going in between virtual sessions.
